Even though my renting experience that day started shaky ... I left a well satisfied customer simply by the courtesy and friendliness of the staff... my car was not ready due to a power outage and created a whole glitch in the system but when I got there, They were so nice and apologetic I ended up smiling on my way out as well as an upgrade on my rental.. thank you enterprise for making me feel important and for the friendly atmosphere
Their online says they have cars, but they don't. That's why I didn't give them a better rating. The staff was fine and the place was clean though.
I use Enterprise exclusively after having double billing issues with Budget time after time. I usually rent a premium suv for a week at a time. First time I've used this location and I will return! Kudos to Luis Perez. It was a busy time when I returned my Yukon on Monday afternoon. Luis was professional, courteous and efficient in getting the paperwork done when I returned the car. I asked Louie for his card and will contact him for my next reservation. I highly recommend this location and plan to use them again!

Carl Peterson is the best! He made a bad reservation and experience with the Whitehall location into a 100% satified customer experience. He is the only reason I will continue to rent from Enterprise.
***Update, I have extended the rental twice, both times with other agents and I have to say those experiences have been wonderful as well. I stopped by today to see if getting the car washed was an option. Rachel and Antwuan not only made an exception for me but made me feel like they were happy to make me happy. I cannot say enough about the Tussing Rd. branch and employees. Shout out to the management there who is obviously hiring the right people and training them well. Kudos!
