This is one of the better Walmart I have been in. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Great location and store has great verity.
Everything was really cheap, the place was clean, customer service was wonderful compare to NYC & FL prices. People here in Columbus, OH are human, different, decent, friendly. I LOVE IT AND THIS IS ONE OF THE REASON THAT, NEXT WEEK, I'LL MOVE TO COLUMBUS, OH.
Wife and I shopped with two carts and a long list and cell fons for each of us. We were feeling gratified that we could find everything after 11 pm. The supervisor of the Check n Go was very helpful and kind to all of us, especially when we had to wait while my wife had to go back and get a rug shampoo item that had actually had a barcode on it. :-)
Staff helpful.....except the loss prevention guy following me around the store. Should have had a basket or something to make me think you were buying stuff too. I had to walk there and another place so I had my backpack on and I know that looks a certain way but I had nowhere else to stash it. You know, if Walmart installed a wall of lockers that you could use for your personal stuff while you're in the store, it would further weed out the crooks up to nefarious things. Just make it work like the carts at Aldys in which you deposit a quarter that returns when you finish your shopping and replace it in its bay. Sometimes technology is above and beyond simple tricks like incentive offering. But even so it often falls well short of encouraging people to do the right thing.
This place is the worse I have ever seen! Just cashed out at 535 am....not one check out open and the lady at the self checkout looked at me like i took her lunch when i needed assistance....crazy.....in the shoe section it looked as if it had been in a hurricane.....This location either needs new management or shut down.
