It has been quite a while since I visited Best Buy, online or in a store. I just didn't want or need anything that they offer. But recently I have and they were the first place I considered as the source for what I wanted. I am glad I did. I wanted to buy a new washer and dryer pair and an ad my wife saw showed really good pricing for what we were looking for so we stopped in to check them out. The sales person was very helpful and shared a lot of helpful and useful information, including the idea to wait a few days for better prices. So we did. On our way back, we stopped at Lowe's to compare prices and they offered the same models at the same price. But there was at least a two week delay on delivery. Although my need for these is not immediate, I don't want to wait 2 weeks. So on we went back to Best Buy who was true to their name. A different sales person this time but still the same quality of customer service. Tia was excellent and helpful. She easily answered most of our questions and quickly looked up the few of which she was not sure. The end result is we are getting what we want in just a few days at a price we are happy to pay which includes free delivery and setup plus moving our current washer and dryer out to the garage, also for free! Great service, great products and great service - that is the definition of Best Buy.
Best Buy is great everyone knows that
They have the best customer service then anyone else. Over the years we have purchased several electronic devices such as laptops and TV'S and we have had a couple of issues with a couple of our devices and Best Buy customer service has always been top notch. There Geek Squad can't be beat. Our printer stopped working after a year and a half of use. We called customer service and they tried getting it going through the Internet but no luck so we took it in to our local Best Buy and they confirmed that it was not working and told us to pick out a new one. They refunded our money on the old one and we paid $20 for a much better one. They didn't have to do that because the warranty ran out 6 months ago. See! I told you these people are awesome. Customer service is the main reason we are repeat customer's. Thanks Geek Squad.
Best buy has always had good customer service, not on commission where one felt the advice suited you not the store. But Amazon and Walmart were driving them into the ground on price. Not anymore. Best buy usually beats them in price so now I research on amazon but usually buy at Best Buy.
I have been a Best Buy fan for many years. It is very nice to be able to see anything electronic there, and to compare models and prices. I have had very good success with their online ordering also. Their Black Friday specials are fantastic. Staff is knowledgeable, and they have upgraded their "Geek Squad" to help with any problems. They also carry applicances.
