Food was not hot, fresh, or very good in any way. The place wasn't that clean. Service was slow and the wait was long, especially for how few customers were there. Wasn't impressed, won't be back. Gosh I miss Pei Wei!
I normally would like Panda Express. It's not my first Chinese food especially when it comes to fast food but it is pretty decent for the price you pay. Today I decided to use my T-Mobile Tuesday app to get me a nice little dinner with $3 off. But unfortunately I tried to use the app for total of about an hour and was unsuccessful. I tried to use it my whole ride home. Then went inside the store because of course by the time I got to the store after trying to use the app it was still not working. They didn't know what to do. Needless to say it's been over an hour of trying to use this coupon. It wasn't even the discount anymore it was more of the principal. If there is a coupon and you're going to let me use it. I should definitely be able to use it during rush hour when people aren't getting off of work and they are starving and decide to choose your food for the food that they are going to eat for the night. So for that I am giving Panda Express 1 * as big as a corporation is your application should be successful
Walked in with my fiance, I ask to sample something and she orders. While one employee checks her out at the register, I wait for someone to help me. At this point, two men come in and stand next to me at the counter and when approached by another older employee asking who's next, I of course say, "It's me." Other dude says, "Nah, that's me." And then proceeds to place his order. My fiance comes over when she's done and I audibly say that he cut me in line, loud enough for the those around to hear me, including guy #2 and employee #2. Employee goes to take the next order and starts taking guy #2 instead of me. Keep in mind I am still standing in the front of the line.
Needless to say, I walked out and went to another restaurant. If you cannot understand how a simple line works, you shouldn't be working in fast food. If you can't wait in line like a normal human being, then you don't deserve to be aloud in public. This place will never get my business.
The online order process was horrible. I had to restart the order three times and received two technical errors before the order was confirmed. What should have been a 5 min process took almost a half an hour or longer to process. When I arrived at the pickup location, I stood for a good 2 to 3 min before anyone acknowledge my presence. I told them that I had an online order for 6 pm pickup. (it was 6:05 pm) They all looked puzzled and the cashier had to ask two people before what appeared to be a supervisor came up and said that the orders had not been printing off. I stated I placed the order at 3 pm. She said sorry that they had no control over it. They got my order, did not even put a fork in the bag, or ask me if I wanted one. I was so irritated I just left with out one. Now the drive through was busy, but the in house business was not. I was the only person in line at the time. There were some employees standing like they were lost. There were maybe three that were fulfilling orders.
Amanda and Aaliyah are amazing. My family and I had been moving all day and craving Panda Express. It was 9:50pm on a Thursday and I called ahead to apologise about coming right before closing. I expected whatever was left over, but instead they pulled out all the stops to make me and my family an amazing meal. New customer for life, Kyle Strategier
