Call back...wait time again quoted as 50 minutes.

Tried calling post office and you can't speak to anyone. After 10 minutes of going from one recorded option to the next I finally was able to request to speak to a customer service person. Wait time...50minutes!
Received updated tracking info on a pkg that said, "delivered to porch or front door at 11:16 on 8/25/2017. I arrived home at 11:25. No pkg.
This post office is the worst. I live in an apartment and out mail carrier will not bring anything to our door. If the package wont fit in the post box he leaves a slip for you to pick it up at the post office. As of right now they have lost the box of Christmas presents for my kids. He put the slip in the mailbox saying package is at the post office. No one can seem to find it.
After waiting 35 minutes the call hangs up!
This either means you need more employees or service is so bad that there are an extreme amount of problems.
I manage a housing community in Reynoldsburg, and we depend greatly on the services of the Postal Office to correspond with our residents, corporate office, vendors, and other properties we own as well. The staff is very personable and patient, i always mail hundreds of dollars of postage every month, and it is a time consuming process. They are always more than willing to assist me in any postal services that are needed, and it is appriciated. Thank you for all that you do!
It would have been much easier to say, "all lines are busy , you are SOL today."
I can't give the Reynoldsburg Postal service staff anything but the highest marks possible. They've been understanding, helpful, and always gone way above their duties to me. Their staff are always friendly, gracious, and never belittle anyone no matter how the customers might react to their clear explanations and reasons why! They're a great group of service people!
