My mom took my Pomeranian there today to be groomed, and they shaved her whole body! She has bald patches all over, they only left hair around her face, tail and paws, when she asked for a trim and a shape. When I called the store, the grooming manager was out

Oh wow. If I could give this -100 stars I would. Lisa, the "manager", is extremely rude, unprofessional, and other words. We had a dog that is very vocal when excited/frustrated with separation issues and we were trying to do some shopping while also working our dog. If training isn't allowed, that's fine, but she was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL ABOUT IT. Our dog was on a harness and was not in any pain whatsoever, and is extremely loved and well cared for. She basically treated us like lepers and insinuated we were torturing our dog. You literally couldn't pay me to step foot in the store ever again. I am telling every single person I know as are the people that were with me.
She did not politely let us know that training isn't allowed (also please tell me where it says this because I have done training multiple times before and employees have complimented my dogs), she basically cussed us out without using actual cuss words.

Jim has been so helpful when it comes to the care of my aquarium. He has helped me tremendously. I have a 60 gallon tank and he has taken time to explain how to maintain my tank step by step. I have bought all of fish from there and I have been satisfied with all of the fish.
They transferred me over to the store manager, who could care less that they ruined my dogs coat. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. My mom paid $72, for the worst hair cut in history and he wasn't even willing to give her a refund. Needless to say that I will never take my dog there again! We will take all of our pet's needs some where else. They lost a long time customer forever.
Please send Lisa through a management program and teach her how to be a decent, polite human being because with her attitude, I would expect her to not be able to even get a job.
